It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with you purchase. If at any time within 30 days of receiving your product you are not 100% satisfied, you may return it to for a refund. Any shipping fees associated with your purchase will not be refunded. If the return is a result of our error, such as if you received an incorrect or defective product, you will receive a full refund for the item as well as shipping cost.

If you purchased your product from one of our retail locations, please contact that store regarding their respective return policy.
If any products arrive damaged, broken, or part of your order is missing, you must notify the us within 2 days of delivery. Please send pictures of damaged product to firstname.lastname@example.org. A replacement product will be sent out within 2 business days of approval. Missing product claims will be referenced to photo logs of packages items prior to shipping.
How to return a product:
To return a product please send an email to email@example.com. E-mail must include your order number. Once we receive your e-mail, we will provide you with instructions on how to return your product.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.

We ship via USPS, please allow 1-2 business days for your order to process and ship. Once shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking number. Orders can take up to 5 business days to get to you.
